MoiFF speaks Russian, English and Chinese
Chinese and foreign sellers are the fastest-growing group on Ozon and Wildberries. Now they work in the MoiFF seller cabinet in their own language — orders, stock, inbound supplies, returns, invoices and messenger — while your warehouse keeps working in Russian. A second language can be shown in small print next to the main one; amounts are displayed in ₽, $ or ¥ at the rate you set. Print forms, labels and marketplace data stay in Russian, as marketplaces require.

Questions and answers
Can sellers use MoiFF in English or Chinese?
Yes. On the “Pro” plan a seller chooses the cabinet language — Russian, English or Chinese — while the fulfillment center works in Russian. Bilingual mode (second language in small print) and display currency ₽ / $ / ¥ at your rate are available. Labels, print forms and marketplace exchange stay in Russian.
Which marketplaces are supported?
FBS orders, stock and returns — Wildberries, Ozon and Yandex Market (FBS, Express, DBS). Avito (FBS) and web-shop orders — in the same feed, with labels of Yandex Delivery, CDEK, Russian Post and other carriers; upload manually, from Excel or via API.
Does it handle Chestny Znak marking?
Yes. Marking codes are scanned during picking and sent to Ozon, WB and Yandex Market before shipment. One code — one unit; the system warns about foreign GTIN or wrong keyboard layout on the scanner.
Do I need a handheld terminal?
No — any barcode scanner works. If you have an Android handheld, the TSD mode runs full screen on 4–5″ terminals.
How are client services charged?
By each client scheme: fixed price per unit or automatic tiers by volume and weight. “Period settlement” posts the charges and creates the invoice, act and waybill.
What happens after the 14-day trial?
The trial includes all “Business FF” features. Then choose a plan: monthly invoice to a legal entity, −20% when paid yearly.
